I owe my entire racing career to my Dad, Bill
he got me started in the sport and has backed me all the way.
I can't leave out my mom, she is my biggest fan and supports me
all the way.
I began driving at age 7 in a local church parking lot.Two years
later my dad bought me my first race kart, It was a 5 HP briggs
flathead CRG. I raced that for a year before moving up to Mini-Max.
I raced my CRG
minimax
for three years. In 2007 I graduated to TAG jr. I race with Rocky
Mountain Kartworks on a G.P .Leopord. We won the state title my
first year in the Tag jr class. We also took a third place in
the TAG world finals. In 2008 we stayed with A.J, Shane, and Bill
Noud under the rocky mountain kartworks tent. We continued our
dominance in the CSC winning 3 of the 6 races and found another
state title. In the 2009 season we plan to race a national sceudule
with rocky mountain kartworks. As well as a rotax program with
Full Throttle Karting and Andy Seeseman on a birel.
In the future I would love to make a living driving racecars,
but meanwhile I plan to become a better driver gaining more experince
and seat time in whatever car I can.
Christian was signed by NASCAR Driver Development program Team
Full Throttle, and is a member of the Full Throttle Karting Team,
a Western based kart team with no direct ties to the TFT program
(just a cool name!). The bright 16-year-old runs Shifter Karts
with tremendous ability, and is hoping to get a few more starts
in the U.S. Legends Cars in the summer of 2010 as well.
A Legends test in Las Vegas opened a lot of eyes to this youngster's
adaptability, and he continued to show talent when he ran two
races for Kyle Beattie Racing under Team Full Throttle's direction
in January of 2010 during the Winter Heat Series at Charlotte
Motor Speedway.
